Can i return or exchange the product if i am not satisfied with it?

No. We do not have return policy as well as refund policy.
How will i know if my order is accepted?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your email with all the details.
When and where can i receive my order(s)?

Pick-up: Available from Tuesday to Friday from 10am-3pm at KDU University College Penang.

Delivery: Available in Penang only (Georgetown, Jelutong, Karpal Singh and nearby areas). An additional fee of RM6-RM10 will be charged according to place of delivery. Do contact us if you want the service.

Shipping by courier: A shipping fee will be charged according to weight and destination place. You will be able to receive your order in 1-3 working days after you have made your payment.

Online banking (for shipping only) is available upon request, we will WhatsApp your total amount and our account no. to you.
Please transfer your total order amount including any additional fee stated in the email (if applicable).
